Yes — invite teammates as Admins, Editors, or Read-only members. Admins manage who has access, Editors can add and organize videos, and Read-only members can view and present but not change anything. This is a Team plan feature.

Yes — workspaces are only visible to the people you've invited into them. Videos are hosted on Cloudflare Stream and delivered over encrypted connections, the same infrastructure category most video platforms run on.

• Mac: QuickTime Player's built-in screen recording (Cmd+Shift+5) — not open-source, but it's already on every Mac and needs zero setup for a quick clip.
• Linux: SimpleScreenRecorder — free and open-source, a straightforward GUI option if OBS feels like more than you need.

Any common video format works (MP4 is the safest bet). Keep clips focused on one topic — most SEs find 3-6 minutes per video hits the sweet spot between "actually watchable" and "worth the presenter notes attached to it."
