Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026

These terms govern your use of DemoPod. By creating an account or using our website, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use DemoPod.

Using DemoPod

DemoPod is currently invite-only — access is granted at our discretion while we onboard new accounts personally. You're responsible for the content you upload, for keeping your account credentials secure, and for making sure you have the rights to any video content you store on the platform.

Your content

You retain ownership of the videos, notes, and other content you upload to DemoPod. You grant us the limited right to store, host, and display that content back to you and the teammates you invite, solely for the purpose of operating the service.

Acceptable use

Don't use DemoPod to upload unlawful content, infringe on someone else's intellectual property, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this.

Plans and billing

DemoPod offers a Free plan and paid Pro/Team plans as described on our pricing page. Paid billing isn't fully live yet — if that changes for your account, we'll be in touch directly before anything is charged.

Availability

We aim to keep DemoPod reliable, but as an early-stage product we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. We'll do our best to give notice of planned downtime or significant changes.

Limitation of liability

DemoPod is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as DemoPod evolves. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do, and material changes will be communicated directly to active account holders.
