DemoPod ("we," "us") provides a platform for organizing and presenting pre-recorded demo videos. This page explains what information we collect and how we use it. If you have questions, email us at hello@demopodhq.com.

Information we collect

We collect information in a few different ways, depending on how you interact with us:

• Contact and access requests — when you submit the "Request access" or Contact forms, we collect your email address, and optionally your name and message, and store it in our CRM (Loops) so we can follow up with you.
• Account data — if you're approved for access and create an account, our authentication provider (Clerk) collects your email address and basic profile information to manage sign-in.
• Content you upload — videos, titles, and presenter notes you add to your workspaces are stored via Cloudflare Stream and our database, and are visible only to people you've invited into that workspace.
• Usage analytics — we use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use our website, using standard, aggregated web analytics.

How we use your information

We use the information above to operate DemoPod, respond to your inquiries, manage your account and access, and understand how our website and product are used so we can improve them. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run DemoPod, each of which processes data on our behalf: Loops (email/CRM), Clerk (authentication), Cloudflare (video hosting), Neon (database), Vercel (hosting), and Google Analytics (usage analytics). We don't sell or rent your data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@demopodhq.com. If you've only submitted a contact or access-request form and haven't heard back, we're happy to remove your information from our CRM on request.

Changes to this policy

We're an early-stage product and this policy may change as DemoPod grows. We'll update the date at the top of this page when it does.
